Term 3 starts Monday 16th July and runs until Saturday 22 September 2018. Classes are now up online and ready for your bookings.
Please be sure to book your child in for classes via the app or online. You also have the option to reserve your place for the whole term by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to cancel any classes you can't attend asap, but at least 2 hours before the start of class time to avoid your class pass being charged. Cancellations should be done via our app or website. If you don't know your login, contact reception.
We are happy to announce that our Krav Kids Intermediate now have the option to train in a new Intermediate only class on Saturday mornings at 10.30am-11.45am.
The additional 15 min at the end of the Monday session will continue as per last term. Please be sure to pre-book your place well in advance to allow us to plan staffing etc. Krav Kids Intermediate will also be covering sparing type drills so equipment as below (available from the our shop) should be purchased before the start of August. Forearm Guards (minimum quality is elastic sleeve type)
Lil' Parkour Kids has been growing on a Saturday to the point of capacity, so there is a new class time on Wednesday's at 4.30pm. The current Saturday class will run with those who are pre-booked as priority and limited to capacity, so be sure to book your child in asap.

Adult Krav Maga White Rank Online Quiz
This is to be completed prior to your first assessment. It can be taken at any time and be done as many times as you like. Hint: Most of the answers can be found in the White Rank section of the Adult Krav Maga Syllabus document.

Bookings are essential for all classes such as Krav Maga, Parkour, Boxing, Wrestling, Bootcamp. Use our mobile app to easily book individual or multiple classes, or cancel. You can also book in via this website. Just visit the timetable page and follow the links.
Be sure to allow for all of the notifications, location access etc. so that you don't miss out on all the updates and functionality that the app has.
The coloured arrow stripes (adults) or rectangular stripes (teens) allow for easy identification of rank. This assists both instructors and students to train at the appropriate level for the students present. Upon passing your assessment you will be presented with one stripe corresponding with your rank achieved. If you require further stripes for additional T-Shirts, these may be purchased for $4 each. You will only be permitted to purchase stripes for rankings that you have achieved.
Please follow the guidelines provided when wearing your ranking stripe. Ranks are to be displayed only on official Guardian Defence training shirts. Please check image for the correct location to sew your rank stripe. Only one stripe is to be displayed. This must be your highest consecutive rank achieved.

Upon passing your assessment you will be presented with one wrist band corresponding with your rank achieved. If you loose your wrist band and require a replacement these may be purchased for $5 each. You will only be permitted to purchase stripes for rankings that you have achieved.
The Lil' Dragon Patch should be sewn on the top of the left hand sleeve.
The star patches should be sewn onto the left hand sleeve and can all be worn (you don't need to take them off again).
The skills patches are worn on the front of the right leg under the corresponding skill patch. See image for placement.
