PERSONAL TRAINING

Get the focused attention of a professional for 45-60min in our personal training sessions. You can work 'one on one' or with a friend, choosing between Krav Maga, Fitness or a mix of both. Our trainers will work with you to set achievable goals and set out the path to success. They will guide you through each technique, providing direct feedback for safe, correct movement, as well as giving you that added boost of encouragement and motivation to keep you achieving your best.

GROUP TRAINING

A great team activity, our private group training can be conducted at your venue or ours, and is perfect for corporate, social and community groups. Our professional trainers will guide your employees, client groups or team through highly efficient defensive techniques that can be learnt quickly and immediately utilised should the need arise. Participants will leave with a real confidence boost, sense of empowerment and lift to their overall fitness.
